if u will find page like below fallows
Click on the Create a Blog....
Fill with all details....
Blogger will provide u a new blogspot with ur name.......
then u have create posts.
the screen appears as below fallows
after creating the post........
click on the publish the post
now u r able to view ur posts and ur blog..........
